2. What personal data we process
This website contains no forms. We only process personal data you provide yourself when you contact us by email, phone or LinkedIn:
- name and contact details (email address, phone number);
- the content of your message and our further correspondence;
- business details you share, such as company name and role.
In addition, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes limited technical data with every visit — such as the IP address in log files — needed to serve the website securely and quickly.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your question or quote request — pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest;
- Performing an assignment or agreement — performance of a contract;
- Administration and invoicing — legal obligation (tax retention duty);
- Keeping the website secure and working — legitimate interest.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we never sell it to third parties.
4. Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or marketing trackers. Fonts, photos and scripts are served from our own server; no data is shared with advertising platforms. That is why you see no cookie banner here.
5. Who we share data with
We only share personal data with service providers necessary for running our business:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, CDN and security of this website;
- Google — email (Gmail).
Where data is processed outside the EEA (United States), this is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Beyond this, we do not disclose your data to third parties unless legally required.
6. Meta Ads Console (console.adamshrsolutions.com)
Besides this website, Adams HR Solutions offers a private online tool — the Meta Ads Console — through which clients manage and view their advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). This privacy policy also applies to that tool. In addition:
- Account data — email address and password (stored encrypted) for signing in, plus one strictly functional session cookie. That is the only cookie the console uses; there are no tracking or marketing cookies.
- Advertising data — campaigns, ads, budgets, audiences and statistics from the Meta ad accounts the client has authorised us to access. We use this data solely to set up, manage and report on campaigns on the client's behalf, in accordance with Meta's platform terms.
Additional processors for the console: Supabase (authentication and database) and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (advertising platform).
Data deletion: to have your account or the data obtained via Meta deleted, revoke the app's access in your Meta Business account settings and/or send a request to [email protected]. We will delete the data within 30 days, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.
7. How long we keep data
- correspondence without a follow-up assignment: at most 2 years after last contact;
- data belonging to an assignment: for the duration of the assignment and the statutory periods thereafter;
- administration and invoices: 7 years (Dutch tax retention duty).
8. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. Send your request to [email protected]; you will receive a response within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority ( Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
9. Security
The website is served exclusively over HTTPS (TLS). Access to personal data is limited to what is necessary, and systems are kept up to date.
10. Changes
We may update this privacy policy. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the latest change at the top.
